Due to company growth we currently have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant based at Head Office in Castle Donington.
Your duties will include
• General office administration
• Handling
incoming enquiries
• Filing,
scanning and photocopying
• Assisting
with general office/clerical duties
• To assist
in compiling tenders/budget and quotations to be submitted to the clients
• Updating
enquiries in the company’s CRM system
• Updating
tender information on the company intranet
• Adhoc
duties as required
• Booking/administration
of travel as required
• Support
with regard to process mapping and business improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will, ideally, have previous
experience working on administrative duties in a busy office environment. More importantly, you will have good interpersonal
skills, possess an appropriate level of IT literacy, and have drive to make an early
contribution to this important team.
